Called to the Saskatchewan Bar in 1999, Tara practices residential real estate, wills, powers of attorney, health care directives, estates and guardianship applications. She is a practicing member of the Law Society of Saskatchewan and the Saskatoon Bar Association.
Practicing family law, Early Family Dispute Resolution and real estate since 2002, April is recognized by the Government of Saskatchewan Ministry of Justice to provide family mediation and arbitration. She is a member of the Law Society of Saskatchewan, the Canadian Bar Association and the ADR Institute of Canada and Saskatchewan.
A University of Saskatchewan College of Law graduate with decades of experience, Dan has practiced across family law, mediation, civil litigation, residential and commercial real estate, wills and estate planning, and employment law. He joined the CJC team in 2024.
Admitted to the bar in 2014, Brett focuses on family and civil litigation, negotiation and mediation, and small claims and debt and judgment enforcement, and also assists with real estate and wills and estates. He joined CJC in 2017.
Called to the bar in 2017, Jasmine is a member in good standing of the Law Society of Saskatchewan, the Canadian Bar Association, the Saskatoon Bar Association and the Saskatchewan Trial Lawyers Association. Her writing has been published in The Advocate.
A 2021 University of Saskatchewan law graduate, Chad is enthusiastic and detail-oriented, and currently assists across all of the firm's areas of practice.
Richelle earned her Juris Doctor with Class 1 Distinction and a Master of Laws with a Canadian Law and Practice distinction, and has been published with LexisNexis. She practices family law with the firm.
